I had an appointment at 10 am Paula checked my car in right away and my car was inspected in less than an hour I had a diagnostic parts were ordered arriving the next day and my vehicle was ready same morning
I called the dealership when my car would not crank despite jumping. I had it towed there and Alex had it diagnosed and fixed in the same day! Excellent service.

Alex was our service tech, he is honest and remembered us as we have been going to Brandon vw since it opened. We have owned many vw’s for over 30 years and he is the only tech to remember us and make us feel taken care of. I will only bring my car here due to his honest service and active and ease of communication.

They told me a car in a year later the previous owner were still the owners of the car. Then they cancel my tag so I was driving with a car that didn't belong to me despite the fact that I was able to pay it off and a tag that was voided.

My daughter owns a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan and has brought it to this dealership multiple times for the same issue: the check engine light continues to come on. Each visit has resulted in a different explanation. First, we were told it was a faulty sensor. Then we were told the vehicle was misfiring. Later, we were advised that the technicians could not determine why the check engine light kept returning, but they performed a fuel treatment and instructed her to bring the vehicle back if the issue occurred again.
